Daniel Borden is the founder of Red Sea General Contracting LLC, bringing together a unique blend of field expertise and leadership. A U.S. military veteran with deep knowledge of crawlspace and foundation repair, Daniel is also a former licensed insurance adjuster and an experienced general contractor. His well-rounded background gives him a practical, real-world understanding of how homes are built — and how to keep projects running efficiently, safely, and with integrity.
His journey began with a passion for improving homes — from renovating his own short-term rentals to managing full-scale home remodels and even building out a Ram ProMaster conversion van. That hands-on experience quickly evolved into a full-time commitment to helping others bring their home goals to life.
Daniel understands not just how homes are built, but how to bring the right people together, manage timelines, and anticipate issues before they become delays. With a calm, solutions-focused mindset, he works closely with clients and trade professionals to ensure each project runs smoothly — from concept to completion.
